Rachel Campos, MPH, joined the Community Health Systems Development (CHSD) team in February of 2010. She is responsible for program development support and has assisted the Technical Assistants with over 197 ORHP grantees nationwide, by researching best practice models in the areas of communication, evaluation, and outreach. In addition, she coordinates the logistics for all grantee conferences, webinars, and peer learning seminars. Before coming to Georgia State, Ms. Campos was an Evaluation Coordinator with a research firm where she oversaw evaluation plans for two federally funded programs. Originally from Louisiana, Rachel attended Tulane University where she studied Health Communication and Community Nutrition and received a Master of Public Health. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the University of New Orleans. She brings with her expertise in planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion programs in both the public and private sectors.
