Catherine R. Liemohn, BSPH, MPP, has worked with the GHPC technical assistance team since its inception with ORHP in 2002.  During the past nine years, Catherine has worked with 74 different grant recipients (20 Network Grantees, 4 Delta Grantees, 30 Planning Grantees, 8 Workforce and 12 Outreach Grantees),  with focus areas including emergency medical services, pharmacy services, care management, telehealth – eEmergency & e Stroke, telehealth – home monitoring, workforce development and many network structure/formation issues.  These have been funded through the Network Planning, Network Development, Outreach, Workforce and the Delta States grantee programs.  Additionally, Catherine served as the Executive Director of the East Georgia Health Cooperative, a rural health network of hospitals, FQHCs, public health and private practice physicians from 1999 to 2003, and 2005 to 2007.  She has also provided technical assistance to numerous rural communities throughout Georgia since 1999. She also works with the Georgia Department of Public Health Division of Emergency Preparedness and Response, with FQHCs and long term care facilities statewide on emergency planning programs.
