Please join us on Thursday, August 15th at 11AM EST/10AM CST, for updates from your FORHP Project Officer regarding your extension year and for a presentation on the Assessment for Advancing Community Transformation (AACT) Tool which is being made available to you to support your Year 4 efforts. You will get an introduction from the developers of the tool and the benefits of using the assessment in preparation for planning for year 4 – perfect timing! In addition, details will be provided on how to conduct the assessment with your partners and how your TA provider can support you in using this tool and its results to inform your planning efforts.
